Staying at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was ideal, close to Cranmore Mt and downtown attractions in North Conway, New Hampshire, with plenty of yummy restaurants nearby. The rooms were reasonably clean, but unfortunately, we were near a very loud door that slammed all night, disturbing our sleep.

The rooms were clean to the naked eye but being near a loud slamming door all night was quite disruptive. On the bright side, we were situated right beside our friends, making it convenient to connect, though we could hear every movement from early morning onwards, including children running around above us.

The service was a mixed bag; while some staff members were friendly and welcoming throughout the resort, others were not very helpful and even impolite at times. However, the dry cleaning service was efficient.

The location was given with our family in mind, boasting a fun and kid-friendly atmosphere close to Cranmore Mt and downtown attractions. Being convenient to various key spots like settlers green cranmore mountain and yummy restaurants added to the appeal of the area.
